Mark is licensed as a Master Plumber with a special endorsement of Responsible Master Plumber (RMPL # 21138) by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. He has over 44 years of experience in the Plumbing profession. Mark began his career as an Apprentice Plumber serving in the United States Air Force. He has won numerous plumbing awards and achievements from his past employers. As a matter of fact, Mark still holds several service and sales records at one of Houston's largest plumbing companies. Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, helping others, and spending time with his family in his free time.

Jake is licensed as an  Tradesman Plumber by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.  He has over 8 years of experience in the Plumbing profession.  Jake is currently taking continuing plumbing education classes and plans to become licensed as a Journeyman Plumber in the future.  Jake is a customer favorite.  He is a hard working and dedicated technician who strives to please the customers.  Jake has received numerous testimonials from customers commending him on his work and service record.  Jake enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Donna is our "go to" person and is an integral part of our company. She answers the phone, schedules the repair and service calls, dispatches emergency calls, manages the office, and coordinates basically all we do. Donna is our "Super Hero".  She has been in the customer service profession for over 15 years now. Donna also has an incredible love for animals. She has worked and continues to work in pet rescue. Donna has saved the lives of countless animals and is a published author of pet rescue articles. When not working or rescuing pets, she enjoys shopping, traveling, helping others, and spending time with her family.

Angel handles the ever-popular weekend shift.  She answers the phone, schedules the repair and service calls, and dispatches the weekend emergency calls.  Angel has worked in customer service for over 10 years now. She thrives at providing the best in customer service and making the customer happy.  Angel goes "above and beyond" the call of duty on a regular basis making her a vital team member.  When she is not working, Angel enjoys spending time with her wonderful daughter, Alexis, her family, her friends, and her many pets.  She also loves shopping, traveling, crafting, helping others, playing sports, dining out, and watching movies.
